Overview of the repressions against anarchist and antifascists in November 2022

Anastasia Kukhta was sentenced to 5 years in prison on November 11th for the participation in the protests, calling for sanctions, and creation or participation in an extremist formation.

Mikita Jemialjanau was put into a cell-style housing and also received 10 days in punishment cell. These days are not counted for his sentence. We know that he received an answer to a complaint, that wasn’t considered, and his sentence was left without changes 3 and a half years of high security prison.

Krystsina Charankova was sentenced to 2 and a half years in prison on the 16th of November. She was arrested for antiwar and anti-police Instagram posts which were considered by court as inciting social hatred.

On the 15th of November Hanna Pyshnik’s appeal of the previous court decision was considered and left without changes. Her sentence is 3 years of prison for sending videos of military helicopters to independent media.

On the 25th of November Dzmitryj Dubouski was sentenced for the cases of 2010. Considering his previous case for the events of 2020, he will spend 20 years in high security prison. He was proclaimed guilty for the direct actions of 2008-2010 on the basis of two criminal articles. Dzmitryj plead guilty only for one of the actions (the attack on the police station in Saligorsk).
