Judge Aleh Kaliada sentenced the political prisoner to five years in a medium-security penal colony. Since Dubouski had previously been sentenced to 18 years of imprisonment, he was finally sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment in a medium-security penal colony by partially combining the penalties.

Detention conditions

During a meeting at the end of December 2021, Dzmitry told his sister that anarcho-partizans were being subjected to torture during the detention: “… my brother was strangled, putting a bag on his head, he repeatedly lost consciousness … He tried to describe it was as if his back was being torn off the ground with his hands. He even tried to remember the name of this torture… He said that his hands were all swollen and bloody from the ties… For several days in the KGB pre-trial detention center he could not move because of damaged ribs… He said that Ihar was cut off the skin on his heels … He began to talk about Siarhei, that he had to cut his hand”.

He was held in the Minsk pre-trial detention center-1, in early February 2022 Dzmitry was moved to the Vitebsk pre-trial detention center-2. On March 16, he was placed in a punishment cell, then the term was extended until April 5. In this regard, he did not get a short meeting with his sister, moreover, he had already been deprived of a long meeting earlier.

In June 2023, Dzmitry was tried for transfer to a prison regime. As a result, in August 2023, the anarchist was moved to prison No. 4 in Mogilev, and from that moment there were even less transfers and even less visits with relatives.
