Dzmitry Zvan’ko -released

Dzmitry Zvan’ko – antifascist from Brest. Detained on May 9, 2013 among 5 other antifascists a a suspect of the fight with the ultra-rights, that had happened the day before. In custody the detained were psychologically and physically pressed, though Dzmitry was the only one who made it public and filed a complaint to the prosecutor about that. On May 19 four detained were set free, Dzmitry was accused of malicious group hooliganism and serious bodily assault (up to 10 years of prison). In the beginning of July Dzmitry was set free, but was arrested again at the end of November and is now waiting for the trial.

On March 18th he was found guilty and sentenced to 5 years of prison. He has paid off about 4 000 euro damage to the nazi to be granted the amnesty which has reduced his term by one year.

On May 31, 2016 released on parole.
