The court made a decision to toughen the imprisonment conditions for the political prisoner.
Aliaksandr Dziadok, the father of the political prisoner Mikalai Dziadok told the charter97.org web-site about that:
“The court decided to send my son to a closed type prison, but I do not know the circumstances”.
We would remind that the reason for sending Mikalai Dziadok to a closed type prison was his recognition as a “malicious violator of the imprisonment regime”. Earlier the political prisoners Dzmitry Dashkevich, Mikalai Statkevich and Yaugeni Vaskovich were recognized as “malicious violators”. They all were sent to the prisons of a closed type.
Mikalai Dziadok was sentenced for the case of anarchists together with Igar Alienevich and Aliaksandr Frantskevich. They were accused of organizing a procession near the building of the Ministry of Defense, attack of the Shangri La casino and the detention center in Akrestsina street, setting fire to the doors of a Belarusbank branch office and attack at the Russian embassy.
