Three years ago, on the night of 28-29 October, four anarchists were arrested in the forest on the border between Belarus and Ukraine: Siarhei Ramanau, Ihar Alinevich, Dzmitry Rezanovich and Dzmitry Dubouski.
They were later sentenced to 18 to 20 years in prison for a series of daring arson attacks on the property of the punitive institutions. Each of them has their detention conditions made stricter in these three years, and Dubouski and Ramanau’s sentences were extended.
We decided to make a limited series of anti-prison merch based on Siarhei Ramanau’s drawing – in Belarusian and English.
